Refund Policy
Effective July 5, 2026
We want you to be happy with Earmarkr. You can request a refund within 14 days of any payment, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Refunds within 14 days
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — this includes your first subscription payment and each renewal payment. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. To request a refund within the 14-day window, use the receipt or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle payment confirmation email, or contact us using the details below and we will arrange it with Paddle. Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
Cancel anytime
Separately from refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription stops renewing at the end of the current billing period, you are not charged again, and you keep access to Earmarkr through the end of the period you have already paid for.
